- Filming is only allowed in approved areas of the property. Any filming outside these areas requires prior approval from the property owner/host.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM , to avoid disturbing neighbors or other guests.
- Shooting hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.If you require shooting outside of these hours, prior approval is required.

- Filming outside standard hours: Allowed
- Extra hours film price: INR.7500/hour
- Extra hours tv price: INR.5000/hour

Set-Up & Dismantling
- Set-up and dismantling must occur within agreed-upon time slots to avoid disruptions.
- The property should be returned to its original condition, including repairs and furniture restoration.
Permits & Licensing
- Ensure all necessary production permits are in place, including approvals from local authorities.
Insurance & Liability
- A refundable security deposit may be required, provided the property is in the same condition post-shoot.
Health & Safety
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including fire and electrical safety. A first-aid kit must be available on-site.
Guest Access
- Any visitors (media representatives or family members) must be pre-approved and registered before entering.
Cleanliness & Waste
- The property must be left in the same condition as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply for unsatisfactory conditions.

- Alcohol Consumption: No, alcohol consumption is not allowed.
Security & Privacy
- On-site security may be required for larger productions, especially if valuable equipment or talent is involved.
- Respect for neighboring properties' privacy is essential. Filming in or near neighboring properties requires explicit permission from the relevant parties.
Food & Catering
- The production team is responsible for cleaning up after meals and ensuring that waste is disposed of properly.

- Furniture, decor, and wall paints should not be altered without pre-approval from the host.
Electrical Usage
- Excessive electrical usage (such as high-powered lighting or heavy electrical equipment) must be discussed with the host in advance to ensure the property’s electrical system can handle the load.

- Generators must be pre-approved by the host before use.
Smoking
- Smoking allowed in Outdoor areas only.
- Indoor Smoking is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee may apply if indoor smoking is detected.
